Lawas Care Centre
1. The Penan children will be going home for June school break. May
God protect them and guard their hearts.
2. Pray for the children’s spirituality growth and stability, so that they
will not be easily swayed by other faith.
3. Pray for the health of the children. Some have gastric problems and one has skin problem
(kudis buta=scabies).
4. Pray that the children will be more self-disciplined.
5. Pray for holistic well-being of the co-workers and collaboration among them.

Lawas Care Centre
Kong Moi Fah
1. Pray for exam taking students: Jessica (SPM); Yornee and Solumi (PT3); Alvinie, Yosua and Imanwell (UPSR); Liliani and Robina (Methodist Pilley Institue)
2. Pray for Kong to have a more disciplined life and to have closer re-
lationship with God.

Ulu Julau, Matop
Ling Fang Fang
1. Pray for brother Ego, who is still hospitalised for further observation and treatment, to find out if he needs further operation.
2. Pray for brother Jakson who is having chest pain and difficulty in
breathing. He needs the help of oxygen supply and further observation.
3. Pray for brother Sadah who is in the 4th stage of Leukemia. Praise
the Lord for giving him strength to have gone through the chemotherapy process.
4. Pray for the Indigenous believers to keep their faith in Jesus Christ.
May the Lord guard their hearts and help them triumph over temptations.
5. Praise the Lord that sister Aslinad has started coming for worship
and has received Jesus as her personal Savior. Pray that her faith in God will be deepened through continuous nurturing.
6. Praise the Lord, the Sunday School attendance is good and more children are coming.
7. Pray for the youth to have a yearning to know the Lord better, and
that their spiritual lives will grow constantly.

Sarikei
Chua Koh Kui & Ling Leng King
1. Thanks to the LORD for giving us health to continue to serve Him.
2. Pray for our travel schedule in May: 9-12/5 Lubok Antu, 14/5 Bintangor, 18-21/5 Ulu Entawa, 25-29/5 Sg Rian and Ulu Pakan.
3. Pray for journey mercy, especially to Ulu Entawa on 18-21/5 which
takes a five-hour trip from Kapit by longboat.

Jason Siew
1. Pray for journeying mercies into interior places and also wisdom and strength in sharing God’s word.
2. Pray that these indigenous Christians will remain faithful in the
Christian faith even though they are facing many challenges.
3. Pray for the Watcher Committee of each longhouse to stay alert during dry season to avoid bush fire.

Lubok Antu, Sarikei

1. Pray for good health and the long house ministry.
2. Pray for May short term mission visit to Ulu Entawau.

Sibujaya
Ting Mee Hung
1. Praise God that there are volunteer teachers coming to serve together. Praying for more such helpers.
2. May God bless the children with wisdom and intelligence so that they can understand what they are learning. Pray for the teachers as well so that they know how to teach these children creatively and effectively.
3. Pray for the spirituality of the students. During Good Friday, many
children and three parents accepted Christ. May the Holy Spirit
lead them each day in their spiritual growth.
4. Some children are becoming emotional as they are getting familiar
with the teachers. Pray that God will give them wisdom to handle such matter.

Kuching West Hakka Ministry
Chai Kian Ching & Chai Sheau Hong
1. Until 25 April, we are thankful for 43 new comers as well as some 15 familiar faces.
2. Grateful that the family who received Christ on 15 March allowed
us to come to their home for family worship.
3. With the assistance of the kindergarten teachers of Matang
MC, doors are opened to us to get acquainted with the local residents.
4. Pray that we have opportunity to have a tea gathering in May at
Sungai Tengah. Pray for a family to willingly open house for this occasion.
5. They are exploring new gospel point at Kim Choo Seng, Batu Kawa, in May. May God lead them.
