The Sunday School of Agape Grace Methodist Preaching Centre at Airport Road held a fun filled Redemption Fair on 8th July at the first floor of L12337-2-3, Jalan Airport, Mciti Square, 98000 Miri, Sarawak.
Seven vibrant and dedicated teachers and more than 30 Sunday School students took part in the fair which saw 6 activities especially designed by the teachers for an exciting morning.
The Sunday School Redemption Fair is a reward system for building character such as punctuality, attentiveness, obedience to name a few.
In the past few months the Sunday School students won special points when they attended Sunday School. During the fair they used the points gained to play the exciting games. In the limited space available the teachers set up the games creatively and the students behaved in the most orderly way with minimum supervision. They were admirable!!
The Sunday School students are from Pre-school level to Primary Six. New friends have been brought to the fair by the Sunday School students so that they too can enjoy the fun day. Games included were Elephant bowling, pingpong, memory verse ,spaghetti tin race, aeroplane toss, mini golf etc.
