MY family is a Christian family. Before this, my family was one of the on & off church-goers, we had lots of excuses for not going to church. The following testimonies tell how God has changed our lives completely. We have since become true believers in Christ. Praise our Lord, Jesus Christ, AMEN!
Testimony 1
My mother-in-law was a very devoted Christian. If she could not go to church, she would pray to God to ask for leave and forgiveness and whenever she heard any good news, the first words that came out of her mouth would be “Glory and Praise to our Lord! Amen!”
When she became very sick and in the last days of her life, she came back from her coma of two weeks to tell us about how our Lord, Jesus Christ together with a few European missionaries brought her spacetravelling to visit her relatives in China and her youngest daughter in Kuching. She could see them crying as they received news of her sickness. She wanted to comfort them but they could not see her or feel her presence. After that, our Lord Jesus Christ held her hands and told her that her time had not come and she had to return to her body. She woke up and told us her testimony.
She also held my hands and told me that I must bring my whole family to church every Sunday to hear God’s words. Even though my family was a Christian family, some of us were stubborn enough and felt that going to church was not important. Even with my mother-in-law’s testimony, I found it very hard to convince my husband to go to church until he himself met with a very near death incident which nearly took his life. He was saved by Our Lord’s UNSEEN HAND.
This I will tell in the 3rd Testimony below. Two weeks later, my motherinlaw finally returned to our Lord’s bosom in Heaven.
I am writing this to let the world know that the Lord our God controls our lives. HE calls us back when our time is up. We are very grateful to our Father in Heaven in manifesting His existence through my mother-inlaw’s testimony. Praise our Lord Jesus Christ, AMEN!

Testimony 2
A year ago (18/08/2018), a friend of my husband, Lesley (his real name), a Kayan and another friend met with a self-accident as they were on their way back to Bintulu from their hunting trip about 3 a.m. He was sleeping when the car overturned and crashed onto the road divider, the driver died instantly, while he was badly injured. He was taken to the General Hospital in Bintulu. He suffered a big cut on his forehead and three broken ribs, and worst of all, the ribs pierced his lungs. From what I heard then, he was not going to make it. But, miracles happen every day in our lives even though we may not realise it.
During the Chinese New Year visiting (07/02/2019), about five months after the accident, he told us of his near death experiences. He said, for the first six days of his ordeal in the hospital bed, he could sense a lot of people coming to visit him and praying very hard for him including his pastors. My husband was one of his faithful friends. He could hear them crying & praying and he himself was praying in his heart too.
He told us that on the sixth day, he saw two hell figures with tongues sticking out of their mouths, wagging like ducks towards him. He was struggling with them and at the same time he prayed out loudly, “JESUS, HELP ME! JESUS, HELP ME! JESUS, HELP ME!” Suddenly, the 2 figures spit out blood onto his face, and he saw the blood slowly turn into the face of our Lord Jesus Christ!!! He knew then that he had fought a victorious battle against death.
Our Lord Jesus Christ had saved his life. He woke up on the seventh day.
On the eighth day, he asked for discharge from the hospital and of course, the doctors, families and friends were against this, but he in sisted that God had saved him and he wanted to return home. Praise the Lord again as HE showed us His Almighty existence & His miracles! 15/08/2019 was his birthday, he was very thankful to God for saving him and he said he would continue to spread God’s Word to everyone he meets.
PRAISE THE LORD OUR GOD, HE IS A LIVING GOD AND HE HEARS OUR PRAYERS, AMEN!!!

Testimony 3
This is a testimony regarding my husband. My husband loves to go hunting with some of his friends whenever there is a long holiday or week-end. On 10 May this year, he told me he would be going hunting with his friends to Ulu Belaga near the Bakun Dam and would stay there for a few days and be back on time to celebrate “Mother’s day” with our family.
On Saturday, 11/05/2019, after a fruitless hunt the night before, one of his friends suggested going further across the river by sampan to the other side to a long house. There were seven of them, “Tuai Rumah” of the long house, 2 Kayans, 1 Indonesian, and 3 Chinese including my husband.
While they were all squeezed onto the sampan, my husband had sensed that something was not right as water had started coming into the sampan. But once the engine started, the head of the sampan immediately sank into the water. All this happened just in the blink of an eye, four of his friends were quick enough and were able to take off all their shoes, clothing and guns and jumped into the river and swam ashore. The Tuai Rumah grabbed hold of one of the Chinese who was nearest to him and they swam ashore.
My husband was not quick enough to take off his boots and with the gun and accessories still slung on his shoulder, he sank down although he knew how to swim. He was desperate to keep himself afloat but could not, he felt himself going down & down despite of his great effort. He was under the water for more than a minute and was desperate for oxygen, he thought he was going to drown and die there, but just at that very moment when he was grasping for air, a very STRONG UNSEEN HAND grabbed his right hand and he felt himself being pulled up until he could hold on to the edge of the overturned sampan safely.
He thought one of his friends saved him. When he was afloat and was gasping for breath, he was actually all ALONE!! He climbed onto the overturned sampan and waited until some of the villagers arrived and pulled him ashore. However two of his friends were drowned and were found three days later. One was a Chinese, the one who suggested going across for hunting, he was only about forty-two years old, and the other one was a Kayan who knew how to swim too.
My husband, who was saved by MIRACLES, by GOD’S UNSEEN HAND, was so grateful for God’s love for him that he became a born-again Christian and kept praising God. He said the strength of the HAND was so strong that he could feel the pain in his right shoulder even after three days. I could feel the turn-around in his attitude in life. Now he has become a regular church goer.
Even when he is working out-station he makes sure that he returns home on time for the mass in the church every Sunday. He even reminds all our children to go to church which had been my work before this incident. PRAISE THE LORD OUR GOD, AMEN!
Now, he also spends time out with our family for breakfast after the church service which he seldom did in the past. The Lord our God has heard our prayers and HE has His own way of showing His lost sheep to return to His embrace. Miracles did not stop in biblical times; God still performs miracles every day in our lives. We have taken a lot of things for granted and thought that our successes were due to ourselves. We had forgotten that our lives and everything we have todays were all due to GOD’S BLESSINGS!

Dear Heavenly Father, in all our days, help us to treasure every person and every day you give us. Loving Father, we have witnessed your miracles yet have failed to recognise the work of your hand. Forgive us when we receive blessing from you and do not give thanks. Give us strength to share your word with those around us. Guide us to live always for your glory. We pray through Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.
