• To ACTUALLY live life
• Eat spontaneously
• To be able to focus on school/Uni
• Bake things and eat them too
• To not be freezing 24/7
• Cause counting calories is stupid and a waste of time
• To sleep soundly through the night
• To have a social life
• To experience new kinds of foods
• So people don’t comment on how I look 80 years old
• So my body isn’t eating its own organs to survive
• Clothes shopping will become fun again (cause nobody likes bones)
• To be able to accept and believe compliments
• So my emotions/hormones are balanced
• To get my period back
• To not breakdown/cry over the smallest issues
• Free from chest pains!
• Be able to walk up the stairs (or anywhere) without feeling like fainting
• Eat comfortably around others
• Eat without checking the nutritional info
• To ACTUALLY enjoy food
• I want kids one day
• To have fun at social events (eg. parties, dinners etc.)
• So people won’t stare or cast looks
• MY HAIR!!! Pls grow back!
• Hospitals/daily blood tests are no fun either
• To travel!
• God gave me a purpose in life (that isn’t living with an Eating Disorder)
• To have the energy to go jogging again
• So my family won’t constantly be worried and stressed
• It’s no fun watching both your parents cry
• To find my own self-confidence so I can help others find theirs
• Food isn’t bad
• COFFEE!
• Anxiety attacks suck too
• Sticking to ‘safe’ foods are boring!
• To not feel dizzy/shaky due to low BP or blood sugar
• Who likes hugging skin and bones??!
• BOOBS!
• Bloating/gastrointestinal problems suck suck suck
• Because the number on the scale doesn’t define my self- worth
• To be able to inspire/help others going through similar situations
• To be able to walk out of anorexia and say “I BEAT anorexia!”
• To make my family proud
